Job summary

Orange Hill Restaurant, part of Specialty Restaurants, seeks an experienced Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service for weddings, corporate functions, and other events. You will set up banquet spaces, serve guests, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure flawless operation and guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have prior banquet experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet server experience preferred.
• High School graduate or age 18+.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Assist in setup, arrange furniture, linens, and tableware to meet event needs.
• Greet guests, guide to tables, and serve meals and beverages.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen and banquet staff to ensure smooth service.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure satisfaction throughout events.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and tables.
