Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces, arrange tables, linens, and centerpieces.
• Serve and clear food and beverages, ensuring guest comfort.
• Tidy and reset function rooms and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly.
• Assist with event room setup and safety considerations.
