Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Server for Hotel Renegade in Boise. You will help create memorable events by delivering quality food and service in a friendly, knowledgeable way, supporting setup and teardown, and upholding professional standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally, comfort with a fast-paced environment, and availability nights and weekends to ensure seamless events and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years or older.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
• Able to carry a tray weighing up to 30lbs without assistance.
• Able to stand and/or walk entire shift.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50lbs.
• Consistently available nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and china.
• Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout event.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success.
• During event, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event.
• Once banquet is complete, all linen, silverware, china and trays must be removed from space.

As the Banquet Server, you will provide our guests with quality food and service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
