Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly banquet server for Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas. You will set up function rooms, assist with service, and ensure guests experience exceptional hospitality during events.

Responsibilities include food and beverage service, table clearing, maintaining clean and sanitary work areas, and supporting the team during breaks. Prior banquet or catering experience is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior guest service or server experience preferred; banquet/catering experience a plus.

HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

• Set up banquet function rooms with linens, China, silverware, glassware, centerpieces, beverage stations, and other required service items.
• Serve food and beverages to banquet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Clear tables and remove dishes, linens, and service items following banquet events.
• Ensure proper storage of banquet equipment, supplies, and perishable food items.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas throughout each shift.
• Prepare for upcoming events by folding napkins, restocking condiments, and completing other banquet preparation tasks.
• Provide team support by relieving coworkers for scheduled breaks as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
