Job summary

POST OAK LODGE OF OKLAHOMA LLC is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver first-class dining experiences as a frontline team member in the banquet department. You will perform varied service styles including buffet, boxed, plated, and receptions, while coordinating with the kitchen and attending to guests with professionalism.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a Food Employee Permit, a valid driver’s license, and at least six months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Food Employee Permit issued by Tulsa Health Department or approved agency required.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance; driving ability required.
  • Six months of food industry or customer service experience required.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; standing and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
  • Serve in various service styles (buffet, boxed, plated, etc.) and adjust to style.
  • Communicate with kitchen regarding orders and special requirements.
  • Prepare beverage stations and serve coffee/beverages as needed.
  • Set tables and buffet stations; ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
  • Serve wine in compliance with laws and company policies.
  • Deliver food to guests and ensure quality and satisfaction.
  • Maintain sanitation and organization of banquet space.
