Job summary

Osage Casino Bartlesville is seeking a banquet server to set up and service banquet events, ensuring timely delivery of dishes and beverages while maintaining a clean banquet area. You will report to the Banquets Manager and work with a team to meet guest expectations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, setting up rooms, serving in the correct sequence, and upholding safety and health standards in a fast-paced casino banquet environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be 21+ to bartend.
• One year of banquet experience.
• Food handler license and ABLE liquor license required.
• Respond to inquiries from guests, business community, and regulators.
• Perform basic math for POS cash/credit transactions and inventory.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• Teamwork skills required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and obtain gaming license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Osage preference applies to all positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist banquet managers in serving guests during banquets.
• Serve beverages and food in the correct order as directed by supervision.
• Greet and welcome guests and respond to requests.
• Set up banquet room with glassware, service ware, and linens.
• Provide side work to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Clear dishes after meals and reset tables.
• Restock equipment and products from catering events.
• Follow safety and health policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties.
