Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Banquet Server to support events at our venue. You will greet guests, set tables per the banquet event order, and assist with serving food and beverages and refreshing the buffet to meet guests' needs.

Responsibilities include reading and following the BEO, collaborating with staff, and maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided if needed and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Able to manage time effectively in a banquet setting.
• Pays close attention to details in large events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and help locate seats or placements.
• Assist in preparation and closing of each banquet event.
