Qualifications

• TIPS or CARE (or equivalent) certification required by first day on the job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and serve guests during banquet functions according to hotel standards.
• Set tables and maintain cleanliness of station and service areas.
• Learn menu items and explain ingredients to guests.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down buffet and service stations.
• Follow all policies for cash handling, sanitation, and food safety.
