Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group seeks a friendly Banquet Server to help deliver memorable events. You will set up banquet rooms, serve food and beverages, and maintain a polished professional appearance.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, attend pre-event meetings, handle cash and credit transactions, and assist with breakdowns after events. The role includes nights, weekends, and holidays with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, following established service standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the banquet area, including clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and cleaning spills.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events, including removal of linens, tableware, and decorations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the health and well-being of guests and colleagues.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, following company procedures.
• Attend pre-event meetings and training sessions to review event details, menu items, and service protocols.
