Job summary

RIT Inn & Conference Center in Rochester, NY, is seeking a friendly server to provide excellent food and beverage service across restaurant, lobby bar and banquet facilities.

You will deliver items to tables, stock work areas, upsell menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive, unobtrusive service. Open availability, including weekends, and prior F&B experience are preferred; training is provided and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage experience preferred.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Open to flexible scheduling and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and professional service to hotel guests across all F&B outlets.
• Deliver food items to guest tables and ensure correct orders.
• Stock and set up coolers, dining tables, service stations, and bar.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist in room service and tray pickups, and maintain cleanliness of outlets.
