Trophy Lake Golf & Casting is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to deliver exceptional guest service for events. You will set up spaces, maintain standards, and support the Banquet Manager and team throughout service.

With at least one year of related experience and a current food handler card, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate guest needs, and promote the venue's offerings and amenities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience or training.
• Current state approved food handler's card.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with banquet setup as required by BEO and guest requests.
• Maintain clean, organized meeting spaces and storage.
• Provide attentive service and welcome guests.
• Manage service flow and coordinate with team.
• Know venue facilities, AV basics, and menu ingredients.
