Hyatt Vacation Ownership seeks a part-time, seasonal Banquet Server in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA. The role supports event staging for meetings and programs, with setups and break downs of buffet and service areas. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities include guiding event setups, guest service with menu knowledge, and assisting teammates; additional duties may be assigned by supervision.

Responsibilities

• Take service meetings and banquet events.
• Set up and break down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment.
• Understand Banquet Event Orders to safely set up and break down events.
• Help other Banquet Servers set up and break down buffet or other service tables and equipment.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service; be familiar with menu offerings.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and alert a manager when needed.
• Complete prep and side work to maintain a clean station during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
