Job summary

Wedgewood Weddings is hiring a part-time Wedding Banquet Server in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA. No experience is required, but hospitality experience is a plus. You will help set up venues, serve guests, and ensure a smooth, memorable event for couples.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential, with shifts that may exceed 8 hours. We are a family-owned company with 70+ venues coast to coast, focused on delivering stress-free planning and unforgettable celebrations for every client.

Qualifications

• No experience required, bring enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up the venue per event specs, arrange tables and chairs, set up spaces and food stations.
• Serve meals, clear tables, and maintain a clean, enjoyable dining environment for guests.
• Be the go-to resource for guests, helping with menu options, dietary needs and event details.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to keep areas clean and organized.
• Assist with post-event cleanup to ready the venue for the next celebration.
