Qualifications

1-2 years of banquet, catering, or fine dining service experience preferred.

Comfortable with formal service styles (e.g., tray service, multi-course meals, wine presentation)
Ability to adapt quickly to event changes, special requests, or guest needs.
Experience in luxury hospitality or Forbes service environments a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute banquet service with precision and professionalism according to event orders and Forbes-level standards.
Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffets, and beverage stations.
Greet guests warmly, offer beverage and menu information, and serve food and drinks in a courteous and timely manner.
Communicate with Banquet Captains, Bartenders, and Culinary teams to ensure smooth event flow and prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned work areas throughout the event.
Handle guest requests, dietary needs, or service adjustments with professionalism and care.
Assist with tray passing, food stations, plated service, and event resets as needed.
Follow safety, sanitation, and service protocols at all times.
