The role involves presenting menus, delivering meals, and supporting kitchen staff as needed, with a base wage plus gratuities and flexible hours for part-time or full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service regulations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to lift and carry heavy trays.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve guest issues per brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with service type needs.
• Present menu and answer questions.
• Deliver food orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Observe guests to fulfill additional requests and ensure meal completion.
• Assist kitchen staff with soup, salads, desserts, coffee, and other tasks as needed.
• Clear and reset counters and tables at the end of service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas; practice clean-as-you-go.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with hotel team to deliver a memorable service experience.
