Job summary

Atrium Hospitality’s Springdale Holiday Inn in Springdale, AR is seeking a part-time banquet server to join our events team. The role offers a pay range of $15.50–$16.28 per hour and benefits that support your growth and well-being.

Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders, serve food and beverages with great timing and presentation, and maintain clean banquet areas while guests are cared for.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders, including linens, settings, and A/V equipment.
• Serve food and beverages with focus on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Manage guest needs with professionalism, supporting the event contact throughout the function.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
