Responsibilities

• Greet guests and coworkers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Attend to appearance and wear the proper uniform and name tag.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and safety regulations.
• Meet certification requirements (Alcohol Awareness, Food handlers, Safety).
• Provide a friendly, warm demeanor at all times.
• Perform preparatory tasks to ensure prompt service.
• Read Banquet Event Orders and be familiar with menus.
• Serve guests according to hotel standards in a courteous, professional manner.
• Respond to guest problems or accidents by referring to management when needed.
• Know current hotel policies and safety rules.
• Keep banquet store room neat and stocked.
• Clear banquet space after functions and restock equipment.
• Be attentive, friendly, and courteous to guests and colleagues.
• Understand hotel organization and department functions.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Attend meetings as required.
