Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort Osage Beach MO is seeking a banquet server to prepare for food and beverage service across a variety of events within the resort. You will join a team focused on delivering excellent guest service, working collaboratively in a banquet setting and supporting catering operations.

The role offers full-time hours and pay of $15 per hour, with benefits and a family-friendly environment. Reports to the Director of Catering Operations, Banquets Department.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Willingness to adapt to change and learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare function rooms for banquet service.
• Serve at banquet events indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Assist other servers when needed.
• Relay guest feedback to management.
• Complete side work as directed.
