Job summary

Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot is seeking a banquet server to deliver food and beverages in a courteous and professional manner. You will set up and break down banquet spaces, assist bartenders, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of guest service experience. English fluency is essential to communicate with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must have one or more years of guest service experience.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or the ability to obtain certification is required.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Set up, maintain, and take down banquet rooms after service/event.
• Assist bartenders and work as a team to meet guest needs.
