Rusty Pelican Miami in Key Biscayne, FL is seeking a banquet server to deliver exceptional guest experiences at events. You will greet guests, serve meals and beverages, coordinate with kitchen and staff, and maintain high service standards.

Minimum 2 years' banquet experience preferred. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical stamina to lift and carry heavy trays; opportunities for growth and employee discounts. Compensation: $21 per hour with full-time benefits.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
