Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at private events. You will work with the banquet team to ensure seamless service reflecting our standards, greeting guests warmly and addressing needs as they arise.

The role requires prior F&B experience, current state certifications, and a commitment to professionalism. Weekend and holiday hours are common, with opportunities to grow within the club network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food and beverage service, esp. banquets or events.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state/city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards and provide exceptional service at events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcomed.
• Address member/guest complaints using service recovery techniques.
• Set up banquet areas, keep spaces organized and clean.
• Complete daily side work and stock supplies.
• Support event setup and breakdown, including decor when needed.
