Job summary

Heritage Golf Group is seeking a professional Banquet Server to join the Food & Beverage team in Missouri. Responsibilities include setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, and ensuring exceptional service at banquets, weddings, tournaments, and member events.

The role requires maintaining cleanliness, coordinating with teams, and adhering to safety procedures while delivering a polished guest experience. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet serving or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, dining areas, buffets, and event spaces according to event specifications.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Serve plated meals, buffet items, beverages, and hors d’oeuvres in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and resetting spaces for future functions.
• Work with banquet, culinary, and F&B teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and needs.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
