Job summary

The Colony Hotel in Maine, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated Banquet Server to join our team. You will help set up banquet rooms, serve and bus tables, and tear down after events, ensuring a seamless guest experience at a premier coastal property.

With at least one year in food service, preferably banquet service, you will thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and bring excellent communication and guest service to our team at The Colony Hotel.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-5 star venue with synchronized service preferred.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet functions: draping tables, silverware, napkins, centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, clear and tear down banquet rooms.
• Assist with event room setup and maintain cleanliness of back hall.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards on all service areas.
