Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is seeking a banquet server to provide table service and hospitality for banquet guests in our event spaces. You will help maintain an efficient, clean, and professional banquet dining room and serving area, ensuring quality service and adherence to standards.

This role requires assisting with setup, service, and teardown, while upholding Health Department guidelines and knowledge of menu offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Able to read and write basic English.
• Must maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
• Attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position.
• May be required to work varying schedules.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Work in banquet rooms to provide table service and hospitality to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve accurately with all details and accompaniments.
• Represent the hotel professionally when interacting with guests.
• Work shifts involving setup, cleanup, and teardown procedures.
• Learn and maintain proper Health Department standards and codes.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of food, bar and wine menus.
• Communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
• Other duties as required.
