Qualifications

• Generally 0-2 years of experience required.
• Must be a minimum of 20 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages to hotel guests per KY Liquor Law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions regarding food and beverage.
• Serve three to four tables, as determined by management during sit down function.
• Stock stations and complete pre and post job duties as outlined by the manager.
• Interact with guests in a friendly/fast manner.
• Set, clear, and serve banquet tables.
• Observe guests during meal needs and respond to requests appropriately.
• All guests must be treated to ensure complete satisfaction. Strive to exceed expectations.
• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Maintain personal hygiene.
• Assist team members as needed.
• All other duties as required.
