Tasks include beverage service, ensuring food quality, post-function cleanup, and assisting with table and buffet setups. Physical stamina is necessary for long shifts in hot, humid environments, with potential heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Experience serving food and beverages at banquet events.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30/40 pounds and work in hot, wet, humid, noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Serves guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Follows up on requests using proper serving techniques.
• Loads dirty dishes from the banquet function onto a cart and breaks down at the dish line.
• Maintains open communication with Kitchen staff and ensures station is properly set up.
• Prepares and serves beverages for the function and checks food quality before serving.
• Cleans up after the function and assists with setup staff for buffet/bar setups.
• Reviews the BEOs for menu details and special instructions.
