Qualifications

• TIPs certification is required.
• Experience in food/beverage service or establishment preferred.
• Able to greet guests and maintain a positive guest interaction.
• Able to read, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Check event orders to ensure accuracy and contract details.
• Review banquet orders at shift start to confirm room setup.
• Know the menu and explain items to guests.
• Greet and serve guests following service guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the station and dining area.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of buffet or service stations.
• Follow cash handling procedures for all transactions.
• Complete assigned side work.
