Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a Banquet Server to help create memorable experiences for guests during receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions and other events.

You will work with a team to deliver attentive service, set up banquet spaces, and ensure flawless execution of dining experiences. The role emphasizes strong guest communication, the ability to handle multiple courses, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Past serving or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Set up banquet events according to BEOs, arrange settings, tables, chairs, and linens.
• Carry trays of food, pour water and wine, and serve multiple courses.
• Communicate menu questions and dietary needs with guests.
• Set up, execute, and maintain clean tables between courses.
• Assist fellow servers during peak periods.
• Learn service styles (buffet, plated, reception) to Concord standards.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
