Job summary

CRG Event Center in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Cater-Server to join our front-of-house team. Full-time or part-time roles involve supporting private events, delivering attentive service, and ensuring guests feel welcome and valued throughout celebrations.

You will work with event supervisors, assist with setup and teardown, and uphold CRG Service Standards, including safety and cleanliness. Certifications such as liquor licensing and ServSafe are preferred to help maintain best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to assist in setup, execution, and cleanup of private events.
• Ability to communicate with Event Supervisor regarding unique event needs.
• Interact with guests while adhering to CRG Service Standards and delivering high-quality dining experiences.
• Possess adequate licensing and certifications required by CRG and state agencies (e.g., Liquor license, ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Assist in set up, execution, and clean-up of private event(s).
• Communicate with Event Supervisor regarding unique needs that arise during an event.
• Interact with guests maintaining CRG Service Standards by going above and beyond to ensure unforgettable dining experiences of exceptional quality and value.
• Uphold high standards of organization, safety and cleanliness in all areas of the CRG Event Center.
• Possess adequate licensing and certifications required by CRG and state-wide agencies to maintain best practices.
