AC Hotel by Marriott Greenville Downtown is seeking energetic Banquet Servers for our busy evening banquets and events. The role ensures the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding guest expectations for food and beverage service; you’ll be part of an incredible team in a beautiful environment with access to great hotel discounts.

Responsibilities include maintaining room cleanliness and guest attention, upholding sanitation standards, reading Banquet Event Orders, and knowing menu

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read, write, understand and speak English.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through meeting room cleanliness and attention to guests’ needs.
• Maintain a high level of sanitation before, during and after each shift.
• Read Banquet Event Order and be prepared to answer guest questions.
• Know the menu for each function and explain major ingredients and preparation methods.
• Assist managers and captains in setting up and breaking down functions while enforcing all policies and procedures.
• Extend courtesy and goodwill to every guest at all times.
