Job summary

The Leta by Hilton Tapestry Collection is seeking a part-time banquet/bar server in Goleta, CA. You will set up the bar for events, greet guests, take and document drink orders, and ensure accurate cash handling and balance at shift end.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock, preparing drinks, and adhering to liquor regulations. This role requires professional conduct,Attendance, and ability to work varying shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bartending experience required; alcohol/service certification may be required.
• CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily.
• Stocking of beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, condiments, and produce.
• Greets guests, promotes and documents orders for drinks.
• Inputs orders into a POS, creates checks, and balances cash.
• Locks up and stores beverage/food equipment; deposits cash drops.
• Performs general cleaning tasks using hotel cleaning products as assigned.
• Performs other duties as requested, e.g., special guest requests.
