Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Saddlebrook Resort in Florida is seeking a motivated Banquet Server to join our team. You will set up banquet rooms, serve and bus tables, and tear down spaces after events, delivering attentive service for our guests.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably in a luxury venue, and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits. You thrive under pressure and communicate clearly to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions to include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function location, and clear food from tables.
• Break down by bussing tables, cleaning linens, and organizing storerooms.
• Assist with event room setup and station breaks (coffee, tea, snacks, beverages).
• Ensure quality checks on food and beverages prior to serving and address guest needs.
