Job summary

Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, FL, is seeking a motivated Banquet Server to help set up and service banquet functions in a fast-paced, 4-star environment. You will prepare stations, assist with food service, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet, knowledge of wines and beverages, and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions: draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and table centerpieces.
• Serve and bus food, carry trays to function locations, and clear dishes from tables.
• Break down: bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, vacuuming.
• Clean back hall and organize storerooms.
• Assist with event room setup and stock workstations; ensure safety and sanitation.
