Job summary

Bobby Jones Links is hiring for Banquet Servers at Live Oaks Golf Club in Jackson, MS. Primary responsibilities include assisting with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area and reading and executing specifications listed on all Banquet Event Orders.

Servers will circulate with trays of appetizers and beverages, serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and follow safe work practices and food handling standards while addressing any service concerns with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state).
• Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes.
• Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol

Responsibilities

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
• Read and execute specifications listed on all Banquet Event Orders
• Circle around the event with trays of appetizers and beverages
• Serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards
• Advises supervisor of any service complaints
