Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a friendly Banquet Server / Bartender at the Renaissance Baronette Hotel in Novi, MI. You will deliver exceptional service during receptions, meetings, trainings, and social events.

Craft beverages, greet guests, and respond to questions while maintaining knowledge of BEOs and inventory. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of common cocktails and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
