Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks is seeking a banquet server to help prepare and serve at a variety of events. You will work with colleagues to deliver outstanding guest service in a resort setting, handling banquets and catered functions.

The role is full time with a pay of $15 per hour, reporting to the Director of Catering Operations, Banquets Department. Candidates should be team players who communicate clearly and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Ability to adapt to high-pressure conditions and changes.
• Conducts oneself professionally and dresses appropriately at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare function rooms for banquet service: tablecloths, decorations, silverware and condiments.
• Serve at banquet functions indoors and outdoors; provide beverages and service at tables or buffets.
• Clean and clear function rooms after events.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Relay guest complaints and compliments to management.
• Support other servers as needed.
