Under general supervision, the candidate provides prompt and courteous food service to customers. Set-up, service, and break down assigned functions in a safe, accident-free manner.
The ideal candidate resolves guest complaints to their satisfaction and responds promptly to any guest requests for service.
Responsibilities include arriving on time according to the posted schedule, adhering to uniform guidelines, maintaining a positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction, and working as part of the hotel team to exceed guest expectations.
Attending scheduled training sessions as dictated by Hilton brand standards and hotel management is required.
Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously, with knowledge of menu items, table settings, and garnishing methods.
Set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms efficiently.
Effective English communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to carry large and heavy trays throughout shifts.
