Job Details

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to join Graduate Columbus by Hilton and its team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional guest service.
  2. Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed.
  3. Prepare rooms for events: set tablecloths, dishes, silverware as needed.
  4. Assist in cleaning and organizing after events.
  5. Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures.
  6. Serve guests food and drinks during events as required.
  7. Follow all liquor regulations related to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  8. Accommodate special requests when reasonable.
  9. Follow directions from Banquet Captain, Lead Server, or Banquet Manager.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, banquets, or hotel required.
