Job summary

Hyatt Regency Westlake in Westlake Village, CA, is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver attentive, professional service at events such as banquets, conferences, weddings and special occasions.

You will set up rooms, serve food and beverages, clear tables, store equipment, keep areas clean, and support the team during shifts. A high school diploma and guest service experience are preferred; the role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior guest service or server experience preferred; banquet/catering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet function rooms with linens, china, silverware, glassware, centerpieces, beverage stations, and other required service items.
• Serve food and beverages to banquet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Clear tables and remove dishes, linens, and service items following banquet events.
• Ensure proper storage of banquet equipment, supplies, and perishable food items.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas throughout each shift.
• Prepare for upcoming events by folding napkins, restocking condiments, and completing other banquet preparation tasks.
• Provide team support by relieving coworkers for scheduled breaks as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.

How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future
