Job summary

The Princess Anne Country Club is seeking Banquet Servers to support private events and provide exceptional service. You will serve food and beverages, help prepare the event space, assist guests, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment throughout service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3–5 years of server experience; strong customer service, communication, teamwork, and reliability are valued. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of server experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event preparation, setup and closing, including setting up and packing away tables, table cloths and place settings.
• Serve food and beverages; attend to guests and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary practices throughout events.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests and teammates.

Banquet Server Job Description

At the Princess Anne Country Club, we provide exceptional service to our private membership clients. Banquet Server responsibilities include serving food and beverages, helping prepare the event space, serve guests and the clean up the event space once the event is complete. Providing prompt and courteous service to all guest.

List Of Job Duties

• Assist with event preparation, set up and closing, including setting up and packing away tables, table cloths and place settings
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skill
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs and carrying heavy objects
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on your feet for 8+ hours
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
