What you'll be doing

• Set up tables and events, including chairs, dance floors, silverware, and china
• Service food, coffee, water, and beverages
• Clear tables during and after service using proper methods
• Clean banquet and dining rooms during and after events
• Provide personal attention, teamwork, and guest service
• Address guest concerns with empathy, find solutions, and follow through
• Notice guest satisfaction levels and use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee when appropriate
• Perform other duties to ensure genuine hospitality
• Set tables according to hotel standards
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, refilling as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms and kitchens during and after functions

Requirements

• Stand and walk for hours
• Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Require grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, bending, listening, hearing, and visual acuity
