Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Airport is seeking a Banquet Server to set up banquet rooms and serve food and beverages in line with guest service standards. You will attend roll calls, learn function specifics, and ensure consistent service throughout events.

Responsibilities include replenishing beverages, removing dishes, handling guest requests, and complying with alcohol service and safety requirements. Work schedule varies and includes holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Food service experience a plus.
• Ability to remember and recite menu items.

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends.
