Job Description: The Omni William Penn Hotel is hiring a On Call Banquet Server to provide exceptional service at events, meet service standards, serve meals and beverages, set up and clean up banquet events, and meet guest needs. This is a full-time position based on business demands.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide guests with an above-and-beyond experience at events.
2. Meet banquet service standards.
3. Serve banquet meals and beverages.
4. Set up and clean up banquet events.
5. Meet guest needs throughout events.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts, lift trays of at least 75 pounds, reach, and bend.
• Previous serving experience required; banquet serving experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and food skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
• Must present RAMP and Serv Safe Certifications upon hire.

Compensation: Probationary period of 3 months at $7.41/hour, after 3 months $7.82/hour, after 6 months $8.23/hour plus gratuity.
