Job Summary

We are seeking attentive and customer-focused Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience at events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and banquets. You will maintain buffet lines, occasionally serve drinks, set up and break down event spaces, and provide outstanding service to guests while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces on vessel according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings.
• Promptly and professionally greet guests while adhering to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the event space, including clearing tables.
• Assist with buffet stations or plated meal service, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Communicate with management to ensure buffet lines/food service run accurately and in a timely manner.
• Be attentive to guest needs, respond to requests promptly, and provide courteous service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Assist in breaking down and cleaning up the banquet area after events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, move tables and chairs, and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.

Availability And Requirements

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
• At least 18 years of age.
