Job summary

Hotel Thaynes, a Tribute Portfolio hotel in Park City, invites qualified banquet servers to join our events team. You will read orders, anticipate guest needs, and assist with setting up and breaking down banquet spaces for 10–120 guests while delivering meals with professionalism.

We value on-call availability, a valid food handling certificate, and clear communication to ensure seamless service. This is a full hospitality environment with perks and growth opportunities.

• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Food handling certificate required.
• Provide legible communication.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute Banquet Orders.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly.
• Assist with setting up banquet rooms for 10–120 people and serving meals.
• Greet guests as they arrive.
• Set up, monitor, refresh, and breakdown for coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables following group requirements.
• Clean all equipment and return it to its designated areas.

Life as a Banquet Server:

• Read and execute Banquet Orders
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
• Assists with setting up banquet rooms from 10-120 people and serving meals.
• Greet guests as they arrive.
• Set up, monitor, refresh, and breakdown for coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables following specified functions according to group requirements.
• Clean all equipment and return it to its designated areas.
