Job summary

Medina Entertainment Center is seeking a friendly banquet server to execute the details of private events, manage the event timeline and deliver exceptional service. You will work on-site, assist with setup needs, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space throughout each event.

Greet guests, respond to requests, and work closely with staff to ensure smooth service. Training is provided, and reliable transportation is required to support both on-site and off-site events.

Qualifications

• Banquet serving experience preferred but not required. Training is provided.
• Serving experience is a plus.

• Comply with attendance and dress code, available for work on a regular basis
• Provide a friendly, professional attitude towards guests and staff
• Maintain proper dining experience
• Deliver items, refill or remove glasses and dining ware
• Know Medina’s policies and procedures (provided during training)
• Maintain back of house, front of house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events

Job description

The banquet serving position entails executing details of private events’ Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) by being responsible for that event’s specific timeline, set up needs, and executing the serving of food and beverage while keeping the event space as clean as possible and providing friendly customer service. Some private events are off‑site, and include loading and unloading our catering truck.

Qualifications

• Banquet experience preferred but not required. We can provide training! Serving experience is a plus!
