Job summary

The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a friendly Banquet Server to help guests enjoy events and dining experiences. You will assist in ensuring events run on time and maintain safety and cleanliness.

The role requires good multitasking, a professional demeanor, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays; a high school diploma or GED is required, and one year of hotel banquet experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring events are on time.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas in which the event is taking place
• Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concern to banquet manager.
• Ensure each guest has a pleasant dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling guest requests, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses.
• Know all safety and emergency procedures.
• Adhere to hotel's dress code policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and neat work area and appearance.
