Job summary

Thornberry Creek at Oneida is seeking enthusiastic Banquet Servers to provide exceptional food and beverage service for weddings, golf outings, corporate events, and special occasions in Green Bay, WI.

Join a premier Wisconsin venue managed by KemperSports, with a focus on guest experience, teamwork, and high-quality service. Seasonal, nights/weekends required, 16+ years old. Competitive hourly pay + tips.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet tables, linens, place settings, and service stations according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist with clearing tables, removing plates, and maintaining a clean and organized event space.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with banquet staff, event coordinators, and management to ensure smooth event operations.
• Assist in event breakdown and cleanup after service is complete.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and accommodate guest requests or dietary restrictions as needed.
• Follow all alcohol service laws and assist with beverage service if required.
