Job summary

Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana seeks a Banquet Server. Under the direction of the Banquet Manager and Banquet Supervisor, you will greet, assist and serve guests at MirroCenter functions and events.

You will assist with service prep, room set up, placement of decorations, food/beverage service, and clean up of service stations and event facility, maintaining a positive ambience and responding to questions and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Summary

Under the direction of the Banquet Manager and Banquet Supervisor, the Banquet Server will be responsible for greeting, assisting and serving guests at the MirroCenter functions and events. Assists with service prep, room set up, placement of decorations, food/beverage service, clean up of service stations and event facility. Maintains dining ambiance with positive enthusiastic attitude while responding to questions, complaints and requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Participates in all departmental meetings, orientation and training sessions. Responsible for excellence in customer service in all aspects of our service areas. The responsibilities will also include following all Food Safety regulations and sanitation guidelines. Works at any/all Parkview entities, as needed.
