A Rewarding Experience includes:
Under general supervision, provides prompt and courteous food service to customers. Responsible for setting up, serving, and breaking down assigned functions safely and efficiently.
Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least 6 months in a similar role.
Knowledge/Skills: Basic knowledge of customer service principles, food service functions, and restaurant and kitchen operations.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 20-40 lbs. trays and dish racks, push carts weighing 50-100 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to maneuver in narrow spaces and handle multiple tasks in noisy environments. No driving required.
Environment: The role involves strenuous physical activity, including prolonged standing, walking, and lifting, mostly indoors, with occasional work in freezer temperatures as low as -10°F.
